This is a long sublet for 6 months, with the possibility of staying on longer. The room is bright and peaceful, and the house looks straight out onto Victoria Park, making it a really calm and cosy place to live.

You’d be sharing with three lovely people. They’re close friends of mine and genuinely great to live with. The flat is very clean and well looked after.

Rent is £1100 a month Bills come to roughly 100 each month.

It’s a 10-minute walk to Homerton or Hackney Wick Overground, and there’s a bus stop right outside the house with direct routes into central London.

There’s also a lovely private garden, and you’re surrounded by great cafés and the park right on your doorstep.
