One English guy, early 30s, works in hospitality. One Canadian woman, working in speciality coffee. Both work regular hours with early starts.
As a household, we're all friendly, tidy and respectful. The flat is peaceful, chilled and homely. Whilst we have our own things going on, we also enjoy the occasional dinner party or film night in, or weekend coffee together.
*About you*
Looking for someone who wants to share a home, rather than an anonymous house share. Someone who is friendly, tidy and experienced in house sharing / splitting responsibility for cleaning essential. Very happy to have people who WFH - there's both a desk in the room, and also a dining room table to work from.
The landlord requests proof of a regular income, so you'll need to be employed. No students - sorry!
