Bright double room available in Victoria Park

I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over the free double room in a 2 bedroom flat by Victoria Park in early May.

The room is spacious and bright and comes with a double bed and large wardrobe. The chest of drawers and the bookcase belongs to the current flatmate and can be purchased off from him if desired since he is sadly relocating to Italy soon.

We have a large living room with separate kitchen which comes with a dishwasher and N’espresso machine if you are into coffee. With windows on both sides of the flat we get plenty of sunshine and views of tress in full bloom in spring.

The flat has a great location, couple of minutes walk from the lovely Victoria Park, with nice cafes, wine bars, pubs and restaurants few minutes down the street. 10 minutes walk to London fields with famous Broadway Market on Saturdays and 15 min walk to Bethnal Green station.

You will be sharing with an academic Cell biologist, who is into sharing good food at times and would be up for hosting occasional dinner gatherings and if you are a tennis player you will have a friend to rally at the park :)
