A large single room available on the second floor of this clean, light and airy, private house. This is a friendly private houseshare and truly a wonderful place to be living.

The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table/desk, has white walls, wood floor, washbasin h&c, central heating.

The wifi is fast and reliable.

There are 2 Kitchen, each shared between 2.
Both KITCHEN, with FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, and all thats needed.
2 BATHROOMS, one with walk in shower, the other one with a bath,
WASHING MACHINE , drying racks.

The house is kept clean (cleaner for communal areas included), everyone cleans up after using kitchen + bathroom.
The present occupants are friendly considerate professionals.
The atmosphere is relaxed, but also private.

Broadband is fast, both wifi and TV access is included in the rent.


I, the owner (older) live in the basement part of the house.

The conservatory has table chairs, sofa and can be used by all as a relaxing sitting room.
The large garden has table, chairs, great to have friends and Barbecues in the summer.

LOCATION: 
of course the HUGE VICTORIA PARK directly opposite the house . The canal round the corner with footpaths through the Olympic park to Westfield shopping center (15mins walk).
Victoria Park Village with its cafe culture and lovely pubs is nearby as well as arty Hackney Wick / Fish Island with cafes and galleries.


Hackney Wick overground is a 6 minutes walk (4stops to Highbury and Islington or one stop Stratford). 

Nr8 Bus to Tottenham Court Road via Liverpool Street Station is 3 min walk. Also Bethnal Green tube on the Central Line Zone 2 (20mins walk through Victoria Park, or Nr8 Bus).
