It could be the perfect landing pad if you’re moving to London or travelling here for work. I have two lodgers at the moment and looking for a third.

It’s a double room, near London Fields/ Victoria Park Village. The room is a lovely double and comes furnished with a bed, bedding, clothes rails , wooden drawers, desk and chair. It’s a beautiful bright room with wooden floor boards. It’s airy and light with high ceilings, and original sash windows

The house itself is a gorgeous three story located between Homerton and Victoria Park Village. Nearby is Broadway Market, London Fields, Victoria Park.

The house is a four bed over three floors. So you’ll be sharing with 3 others. The main living, kitchen dining room is all open plan on the ground floor. Two bedrooms and the bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the third floor. There is a downstairs little loo and small sunny yard

The house is beautiful and full of character, with a great kitchen, a funky bathroom and lots of light throughout. It’s is on a busy road so it can be a bit noisy from traffic. And as with most old houses it is a bit rattly and does have creaky floorboards but it’s full of charm and very homely.

I’m looking for someone respectful, clean, friendly and lovely to take on the room.
