We have a good-sized double bedroom available to rent in my recently redecorated first floor flat in Walthamstow/Leytonstone area. The room has a Double-sized bed and lots of storage space, with a large wardrobe and tall chests of drawers. Also plenty storage available in the flat, where you can stored anything from small to big items.

The shared areas of the flat comprise a comfortable living room with dining area and a well-equipped modern kitchen.

The flat is located in a pleasant, safe and quiet road, very close to the local park/recreation ground. As this is a quiet residential area it would not suit anyone with a particularly noisy lifestyle.

Walthamtow Central (Victoria Line) to Central London within 15-20 mins, Is less that 20 mins walk or 10 mins by buses.

Wood Street (Railways) less that 10 mins walk

Leytonstone/Leyton ( Central Line) to central London within 15-20 mins is less that 20 mins by buses.

Buses 55 & 56 will take you straight to Angel/Islington Oxford Circus, Shoreditch and City of London.

We are Leo & Roxana, Italian & Bolivian couple, looking for a Chill, well organised and clean person to share our lovely flat in E17.
I work as Events/Hospitality Manager in the city, and Roxana as Housekeeper Manager.
We are both great cooker, super clean & organised, and love to have fun, watching movie and share great moments and chill with a glass of wine with our flat mate.
We dont do party @ home and most of the weekends, we are out to see family and friends.
At the same time we love our privacy, and we will also respect your privacy.
