Double room in calm and clean houseshare E17

Seeking new housemate asap.

Viewings to take place from October 26th. As new lease starts in December, we're looking to confirm someone soon to allow for necessary time for background checks and paperwork.

Room is £640 per month w/o bills (around £150 per month). Ideal move in date is around December 10th, but some flexibility. Contract and deposit must be signed and paid before move in, with the new lease officially starting from December 10th.

Three women and one man (all in our 30's) looking for a housemate in a 5-bedroom house in Walthamstow (10min walk from the station) with two toilets, a garden, kitchen and spacious living room.
It's a double room, with a window that faces the garden. Partially furnished, with wardrobe and shelves. Potentially a mattress or bed frame available.

We work in film, design, events and education. Our house is rather quiet and low-key for the most part, we have occasional dinners and gatherings but are not a party household. The mood of the house is calm, mostly each one does their thing and keeps a drama-free home.

Cleanliness is an absolute must - you will be expected to scrub and tidy a section of the house on a monthly basis.

House is LGBTQI+ friendly, pro-Palestine, body positive and we’re not a fan of the Tories.

Rent goes through the landlady and deposit is paid directly to the previous housemate/tenant. Bills are not included and are split evenly (we're Council Tax band E), likewise everyone chips in for cleaning products and shared household items.
