Seeking new housemate asap.

Room is £525 per month w/o bills (around £150 per month). Ideal move in date October 1st 2022, but some flexibility for later in October. Contract and deposit must be signed and paid before move in.

Three women (28-31) looking for a housemate in a 4-bedroom flat in Walthamstow (10min walk from the station) with two toilets, a garden, kitchen and spacious living room.

It's a double room, with a window that faces the garden. Partially furnished, with chest of drawers. Potentially a mattress or bed frame available.

We work in psychology, film and music events. Our house is rather quiet and low-key for the most part, we have occasional dinners and gatherings but are not a party household. The mood of the house is calm, mostly each one does their thing and keeps a drama-free home.

Cleanliness is an absolute must - you will be expected to scrub and tidy a section of the house on a monthly basis.

House is LGBTQI+ friendly, pro-Palestine, body positive and we’re not a fan of the Tories.

Rent goes through a letting agency and deposit is paid directly to the previous housemate/tenant. Bills are not included and are split evenly, likewise everyone chips in for cleaning products and shared household items.
