Double room to rent in Warner flat

I’m advertising a spacious double room to rent in my two bedroom first floor Warner flat, near Lloyd Park in Walthamstow.

The flat has a good size lounge/dining room, modern (recently refurbished) kitchen and bathroom and a shared rear garden.

There is good access to Walthamstow Central Station (short bus ride or 20 min walk),The William Morris Gallery, the wetlands and of course local pubs.

It's £800 a month, including all bills, council tax, a cleaner twice a month and Virgin fibre broadband.

I am looking for a tidy, friendly and easy going flatmate who likes to do their own thing, but is also happy to share the occasional dinner or a glass of wine! Someone who likes to come home and relax after work and keeps their social life outside of the home - ie no wild house parties!

As to the contract, it's for 3 or 6 months initially, 1 month rolling going forward. Standard notice periods apply.
