Hello!

We are looking for someone to join our lovely houseshare in Blackhorse Road, Walthamstow!

Flexible with moving in date! The room is UNFURNISHED (with mattress).

We are a mixed house of young professionals, in our late 20s/early 30s (28 -31) that get along well! 2 people are moving out and we are looking to maintain a friendly dynamic.

ROOMS

Bedroom 1: is on the top floor of the house, it has a large window overlooking the garden.

Bedroom 2: is on the ground floor and is mainly unfurnished, however includes fitted wardrobes and a good space to work from home. The boiler is located in the room (but is quiet). The room has two windows, one fixed to allow in light and the other can be opened.

TRANSPORT: The house is really well connected, 5 minute walk to Blackhorse Road (Victoria and Gospel Oak to Barking Line) and also 5 minutes walk to the overground (St James Street), which takes you to Liverpool Street in 15 minutes. There are also frequent buses right outside the house to Stratford, Wood Green and Chingford).

2 minutes walk to Walthamstow High Street (Walthamstow Market) - with supermarkets (Lidl, Sainsbury's), shops and cafes. There is a Sunday morning farmers market at the Town Square.
