Hello! Our lovely housemate Anne is moving out on the 7th November and we are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy professional to take her place.

About the house:
It’s a newly renovated Victorian house with tall ceilings, original fireplaces and big bay windows. The house is really light and spacious and everything is finished to a high standard. It’s split over 3 floors and we each have our own bathroom. There’s a large lounge and an area just off of it that Anne currently uses as a study (bonus points if you have any ideas for this space or some furniture we can put in there!) and there’s also a downstairs toilet. The kitchen is huge and leads onto our lovely south facing garden complete with apple tree. It gets lots of sun which is great for the summer!

The room:
The bedroom and bathroom available are on the top floor of the house which offers great views of the London skyline from the juliette balcony. It gets lots of light from the skylights and there’s plenty of room for storage. The room comes unfurnished but Anne may be able to sell you her bed for a great price (it's an ottoman for extra storage underneath) - if you come to view the flat you can find out more.

The area:
We are located less than 5 minutes from Walthamstow Central tube and overground station, providing great transport links and there’s also lots of bus routes near by. We’re super close to Walthamstow Village with lots of great cafes and pubs. Also conveniently close to Walthamstow high street with plenty of shops, the Empire cinema and a fantastic farmers market on Sundays.

About us:
Currently living in the house are Cheryl and Leeann who are both very friendly professionals. Leeann has been in the house for 3 years and works as a teacher. Cheryl has been living here for a year and works at a photography studio. We both like a quiet, calm living environment and are respectful of each other’s privacy but love to catch up for a chat when we’re at home. We also like a clean, tidy house so we’re looking for someone likeminded.

Details:
The room will be available ‪from the 8th November‬ and the deposit required is £885. Rent is £905 per month including all bills and a cleaner who comes every two weeks. Everything is paid via a joint house account. You’ll also need to undergo a referencing check which will ask for details of your employer and previous landlord.
