Small room in nice house, available until 31st May

Hello!

We have a single bedroom free in our house.

We are three in the house: Francois, Marina and I, Pablo,

The house is pretty calm but we like to invite friends for dinner from time to time (when not in lockdown, of course) and enjoy playing board games.

Francois is a historian (who wants to start a Phd), Marina is a filmmaker (who works as an editor and in a cinema) and I am a political economist (Who used to be in rock bands)

The garden is really nice and we all enjoy having coffee there in the mornings, weather permitting.

The lovely marshes are a few minutes away (great for walks in COVID times) and transport is also within easy reach.

Transport: Central London within 25 minutes with the Victoria line or 15 minutes with the overground to Liverpool Street. Loads of buses within 5-minute walks.

The Room and the house:

The room has a mattress (we can source the bed frame if needed), clothes rail, a bedside table and a lamp, but we can get rid of furniture if you have your own stuff.

The rest of the house is furnished with our own stuff (as you can see on the pictures) and there's storage space under the staircase which we all share.

Money stuff:

£400 per month not including bills which are about £85 per month.

There's a 1-month deposit to pay.

The room is available ASAP.
