Beautiful dble in quiet house share with 1 other

A Victorian terraced house comprising 2 double bedrooms; the larger one for rent, the other is mine. We’d share lounge, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a vintage chaise, large chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe. At the front of the house with two large windows fitted with wooden shutters, and just decorated throughout, it's bright and airy. it's a decent size and could easily accommodate a desk and chair.
There’s a good-sized rear garden, I do my best but it’s not my forte, with table & chairs on the patio and a shed for storage.
Just on the edge of Walthamstow village; a conservation area, with a good selection of bars, eateries & shops. It’s about 10min walk through the village to Walthamstow Central station for Victoria line (there are plenty of buses if walking isn't for you). It’s the end of the line so you’re always guaranteed a seat, 20mins to Oxford Circus. There’s also overland to Liverpool St., 17mins. Queens Road for the Barking to Gospel Oak route is within walking distance as are major supermarkets, shopping centre, bus station and the market. Buses to Leytonstone for Central Line stop at the end of the street, takes 10 mins. Westfield Stratford is easily accessible, and Epping Forest is on the doorstep. Street parking available right outside but in CPZ zone.
I’m originally from the North East, relocated to London many years ago. I’ve lived here for 10+ years but in & around the Village longer. I work fulltime, hopefully will continue to do a couple of days /week from home. . I try to venture out of London at least one w/e a month to catch up with friends and recharge batteries.
I’m pretty quiet and I’m really tidy so looking for someone similar.
