Description

The room is situated at the back of the house overlooking Walthamstow allotments and is nice and quiet. It is decently sized (hard to get across in the photos!) and measures approx 10x10.

The house itself is 10 minutes walk from Walthamstow Queen Road Station, 15 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central and 12 minutes walk from the high street. The Village is also within easy walking distance, no more than 15 minutes, so we're well-situated!

There are two bathrooms as well as a large communal area and kitchen, and a large back garden.

You'll be sharing with three others: Ade, who I have lived with for almost seven years and is the chillest man you will ever meet; and Oly & Kata, a couple from Hungary who rent both the downstairs double and upstairs single room. Oly is a chef, currently working on the Isle of Wight (due back in November) and Kata works in travel.

As for the area, I have lived in Walthamstow for eight years and this part of Walthamstow in particular for three years and had no trouble. It seems to be mostly young families here and it's surprisingly peaceful considering that central London is just a short trip on the Victoria Line away.
