Double Room Available in Walthamstow

I'm seeking a professional flatmate to share a 2-bedroom flat in Walthamstow.

You'll be sharing with me; I’m 33 and work full time (hybrid), I’m clean & organised. Therefore, I am looking for someone who is also professional, considerate, friendly, and very tidy. I tend to have family & friends over occasionally, happy for the new flatmate to do so also. But, please note this is not a party flat or social hub, so this would suit someone who is quiet, happy to be sociable but respects personal space & boundaries.

Walthamstow has excellent transport links:

-5 - 7 minutes by bus - St James Street station
-10minutes by bus to - Blackhorse Rd.
-10minutes by bus to - Walthamstow Central
-The Victoria Line has easy access Oxford Circus, Highbury and Islington and Victoria station etc.

*Note*
Bills are split 50/50 per month regardless if either person is away from the flat for short or extended periods of time.
-Deposit - £600
-One month rent to be paid in advance
