Double room in Walthamstow Village

We have one room available in Walthamstow village! It is a lovely green little place which truly feels like you are in the countryside. Walthamstow village is a designated conservation area so is a very different living experience compared to other areas in London - but at the same time is extremely well connected.

It is only 15 minutes from Central London via the Victoria Line - both of us commute into Kings Cross/Euston for uni. Buses are also great during day and night - to London Bridge, Shoreditch, Liverpool street on the 48.

The room available is upstairs, relatively spacious, with a LOT of storage. It overlooks the quiet leafy alley in which the house is situated.

The landlords/agent are great and really care about their tenants having a nice living experience and feeling at home.

Flatmates are a 22 year old Graphic Design student, and a 24 year old International Law postgrad. Both friendly, easy-going people. One has lived there for a year, and the other has not moved in yet and will also be a new tenant - two of the three current tenants are moving out in September.
