Hey! We have 1x double room becoming available in our beautiful refurbished Victorian house in Walthamstow.

The house would be perfect for sociable and professional people of any gender who are looking for a home with people who enjoy a sociable environment and who like to keep their home tidy and homely.

The room is bright and cosy (2.82m x 3.15m / 9.2ft x 10.3ft), on the first floor at the back of the house overlooking the garden so is nice and quiet. The room comes with double bed, white wardrobe and chest of drawers. There isn’t space to fit a desk in the room however there is space in the dining room downstairs, should you need to work from home. It will be available from mid to late May.

The house itself is very large:

- Separate living room to chill and watch tv
- Dining room with table and chairs
- Spacious kitchen
- Bathroom with walk in shower
- Stripped wooden floorboards, original fireplaces and is fully furnished throughout.
- There is also a lovely large private garden at the back with decking - great for summer bbqs!
We are in a fantastic location for transport links, only 10 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central:

- Victoria line - only 20 minutes to Oxford Circus
- London Overground - only 15 mins to Liverpool Street
- Only 5 min walk to the lovely Walthamstow Village with its bars, pubs and restaurants
- Also close to green spaces like Lloyd Park with the William Morris gallery.
The current housemates you would be living with are Abi (she/her, 30) who works in marketing/branding and Jak (36) - an actor/theatre performer. They are sociable people who like going out with friends, drag/cabaret shows, cooking, board games, dinner parties and wine.

Bills are not included but will roughly £100 per person per month (inc Council Tax, high speed Internet and all utility bills). We each have a bill in our name currently but some of these will need to be taken on by the new people moving in.
