Bright double room in Walthamstow village

My friend and flatmate is moving out so I've got a cracking double room going in Walthamstow village. There's 5 good pubs and plenty of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. 10 minutes from Walthamstow Central and closer to loads of buses from Lea Bridge Road. I've been here for two years and it's a great place to be.

The room is at the back of the flat so is quiet and gets loads of light. The place also has a decent sized shared bathroom and living room / kitchen. Bills come to around £120 a month.

I'm Aidan, I'm 28 and work for a music charity. Currently working from home 3 days a week, but hopefully that will be less soon! I'm a big music fan so am often out at gigs, and I play guitar (ok) and piano (very badly). I'm also into boxing, football, reading and just soaking up the local pubs. I'm usually out in the evenings, so it would be cool to find a flatmate who has their own life going on but is also up for sharing a drink or food sometimes.

I'm easy going, I like to keep the place tidy, but I'm definitely wouldn't want a cleaning rota or anything like that. Looking for a flatmate around my age. Otherwise am open minded, and anyone is welcome. LGBTQI+ friendly.
