I am looking to rent my 1 bed flat for a year minimum whilst I am away from London.

It is located in Walthamstow, 3 minutes walk from St James Street Station (15 minutes to Liverpool Street) and about 15 minutes maximum walk from Blackhorse-road-station and Walthamstow Central.

Flat comes part furnished with leather sofas, bed, wardrobe, fridge, cooker, washing machine.

Flat is a large size with living room, separate kitchen, small balcony and lots of storage too. It is however on the 3rd floor of ex local authority with no lift, so won't be suitable for anyone with limited mobility.

Available from 20th December for £1600pm. This includes council tax, water, unlimited heating/gas. Electricity is a top and no WiFi as I'll be taking this with me.

1 months rent required as deposit.

Clean, quiet working professionals preferred please. Single student and pets considered. No families as not appropriate size wise in my opinion. References will be required.
