A double room is available in our beautiful huge 5 bedroomed, 3-bathroom home/house in the heart of Walthamstow village. EXCELLENT transport links, tons of bars and restaurants ina ll of Waltham Forest.

- 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 -
Currently we are a 1 male and 2 females, progressive, left leaning, multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, omnivorous professionals.

We are sociable household and like to occasionally spend time together, have a few (but tend to do our own thing also) beers/wines, play board games (if you're a board game lover bonus!) or like to have friends round for dinner. We don't mind the occasional party/lively gathering, but by no means a party household.

- 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 -
Please note: This is a home and not just a house. So we are looking for someone who is going to fit in well with us, as opposed to someone who is looking for somewhere to just stay.

We are seeking a professional, mature, clean and tidy person to share our home. It would be great if you're someone who likes to hang out but are equally happy doing your own thing.

A bright and spacious home with an open living room / dining room area, a huge kitchen and a decent sized garden and a spare room for guests.

𝓟𝓵𝓮𝓪𝓼𝓮 𝓷𝓸𝓽𝓮: We have a fully stocked home and kitchen (literally no room for additional things sorry! etc). Also the bedroom comes partially furnished with bed, wardrobe etc.

So this place would be ideal for someone who doesn't have many things, as our home comes fully equipped.

3 minute walk from the main village pubs and restaurants etc. 10 minute walk from both Walthamstow Central and Wood street stations. Also W16 and W12 bus routes 30 seconds walk from the house. 2 different Overgrounds and tube, with tons of bus links from Walthamstow Central

- 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 -
The room is available from 1st July (or weekend before)

- 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 -
On average rent and bills come to a total of about £850-900 per month (this can possibly change given current economic circumstances). This includes ALL bills - council tax, cable, energy, water, internet etc ALL household cleaning, toilet paper etc and shared items AND a cleaner twice a month.

𝗔 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 £𝟲7𝟱 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗲𝘁.
