A double room is available in our beautiful huge 4 bedroomed, 3-bathroom home/house in the heart of Walthamstow village. EXCELLENT transport links, tons of pubs and restaurants.

Currently we are a 2 males and 1 female, progressive, left leaning, multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, omnivorous professionals.
We are sociable household and like to occasionally spend time together, have a few beers/wines, play board games (if you're a board game lover bonus!) or like to have friends round for dinner. We don't mind the occasional lively gathering, but by no means a party household.

Please note: This is a home and not just a house. So we are looking for someone who is going to fit in well with us, as opposed to someone who is looking for somewhere to just stay.
We are seeking a professional, mature, clean and tidy person to share our home. It would be great if you're someone who likes to hang out but are equally happy doing your own thing.

A bright and spacious home with an open living room / dining room area, a huge kitchen and a decent sized garden and a spare room for guests.
𝓟𝓵𝓮𝓪𝓼𝓮 𝓷𝓸𝓽𝓮: We have a FULLY stocked home and kitchen (literally no room for additional things sorry! etc). Also the bedroom comes partially furnished with bed, wardrobe etc BUT doesn't need to be.

3 minute walk from the main village pubs and restaurants etc. 10 minute walk from both Walthamstow Central and Wood street stations. Also W16 and W12 bus routes 30 seconds walk from the house. 2 different Overground trains and tube, with tons of bus links from Walthamstow Central
