A double room is available in our beautiful 5 bedroomed, 3-bathroom home in the heart of Walthamstow village. Sharing with only 3 others (we are never on top of each other)
EXCELLENT transport links, lots to do in the area.

- 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 -
Currently we are a 2 males and 1 female, open-minded, tidy, respectful, multi-ethnic, omnivorous professionals.

We are a sociable household sharing the odd meal, board game evening or a few drinks in the local area. We occasionally host friends for dinner and drinks but are by no means a party household. With so much space across 3 floors, our huge lounge and the garden, getting 'me' time is no problem at all.

- 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 -
This is home to us, not just a house. We are looking for someone with that same mindset who will fit in well with us.

We are seeking a friendly, professional, mature, 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗱𝘆 person who is considerate of their housemates.

- 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 -
A bright and spacious home with a huge open lounge / dining room, a huge kitchen a decent sized garden and a spare room for WFH/guests. We have a 𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋𝐘 stocked kitchen for communal use so you won't need to bring anything with you.

The bedroom comes furnished with bed, Desk, wardrobe etc. You'll be sharing a bathroom with only 1 other housemate.

- 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 -
2 minute walk from the main village pubs and restaurants etc. 10 minute walk from both Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line, Overground and Bus ses) and Wood street (Overground) stations. Bus stops 30 seconds walk from the house.

- 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 -
The room is available from 1st January (but can be earlier)

- 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 -
On average rent and bills come to a total of about £950 per month (this sometimes varies by £20-30 of course this is now also dependent on inflation).
This includes ALL bills - council tax, cable, energy, water, internet etc ALL household cleaning, toilet paper etc and shared items AND a cleaner twice a month.
