I'm looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate to rent a fully furnished double bedroom with its own en-suite in a modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in Wood Street, Walthamstow.

The flat is in a fantastic location: just 3 minutes' walk from Wood Street Overground, around 15 minutes from Walthamstow Central, and with plenty of independent cafés, breweries, shops, parks, gyms and Epping Forest nearby.

The room includes:

- Individual thermostat and large windows with blackout blinds

The flat has a spacious shared living area, balcony, dishwasher, washer-dryer and secure bike storage. It's clean, quiet and well looked after.

A little about me: I'm in my 30s and work in NHS mental health services while completing my doctorate in clinical psychology. I enjoy climbing, yoga, being outdoors, and travelling! Home is generally calm rather than a party house, and I'm looking for someone who appreciates a relaxed, respectful living environment.

The household is vegan, so I'm looking for someone who is vegan or vegetarian, or happy to keep the flat meat-free. Non-smokers only. Women and non-binary people preferred.

Please note: the flat is currently on the market, so this room is likely to suit someone looking for a flexible or shorter-term base. There is no fixed end date at present, but I would need occasional flexibility for viewings with reasonable notice.
