Big bright double bedroom available in a three bed terraced house in Walthamstow, all bills included.

Hey All, we’re renting the master bedroom in our gorgeous home.

This isn’t just any house, my fave things about this home are the massive Pinterest worthy garden and the wood clad workshop at the end of the garden with a real wood burner.

This means there is so much space to have outdoor yoga sessions, big bonfires in the fire pit and 15 person brunch parties. You never feel you’re on top of each other and if you feel like some solitude you can chill in a totally different building.

The area: if you like your green spaces and arty culture Walthamstow is an incredible place to live. Within a 10 mins walk you can be in the Wetlands, walk along the canal or exploring Lloyd Park. Within 30 mins you’re in Epping Forest with some of the oldest trees in England.

There is always so much life happening in Walthamstow, lots of live music along the Blackhorse Beer Mile with 5 different breweries to explore. We also have the longest market in Europe where there are often street parties.

Being a short walk from the Victoria line means you’re in central London in minutes and connected to all the life that London has to offer.

Your housemates: you’ll be living with the amazing Thea and I'll occasionally pop by. I’m a sexual liberation coach and Thea works for the NHS. We’re both big travellers so there’s always a flow as we come and go.

We’re looking for someone to sub-let this room for three months and then there’ll be an option to stay longer if it feels like a fab fit. Our last housemate stayed over 15 when we only thought he'd be here for 3!!

Please note: The house isn't suitable for someone who is WFH full time due to Thea's job and the layout of the space.
