Seeking a third female housemate for a 3 bed flat in Walthamstow, to move in from around August/ September (some flexibility). The flat is a 12 min walk to Walthamstow Central station, home of the ever-efficient Victoria line and overground with direct lines to Liverpool St. Close to amenities and plenty of pubs and shops. Your flatmates would be Emily and Millie, who are both 28 and looking for someone around a similar age. Emily teaches in Epping Forest Mon-Fri and Millie mostly works from home. Bonus points if you're veggie! The rent is £470 per month plus bills, which at the moment are around £80.
