I purchased this flat in Walthamstow last year and looking for a lodger on a short term basis initially (3-6 months) - this arrangement could be extended by mutual agreement after that period

As this is my home, I am being very intentional about the kind of person I'd like to live with:

- I'm clean and tidy and am looking for someone equally inclined. We can discuss getting a cleaner which would be part of the shared bills also.
- I work from home most days so would prefer someone who is office based but can be flexible
- No students
- Strictly no smokers
- The flat is not massive and I’m not a party person so would like someone who is going to respect that and not bring people over often
- Rental references and proof of ID/address will be required
- Other details to be discussed, agreed and added to the lodger's agreement
