There's a wood-burning stove in the sitting room which is amazing in winter. Lovely garden (shared with our friendly neighbours upstairs). Very happy if you're into gardening and want to get involved! Great flat for BBQs and dinners by the fire.

I'm self employed, do lots of singing and swimming. Have an allotment where I grow herbs and flowers and always have a creative project on the go.

I wfh 3 days a week. Am often in & out on the other days. Travel a few times a year and often go away for weekends in the summer etc.

Would love to find someone who's up for sharing a flat dinner or film night from time to time and wants to add to the homely feel, so we have a cosy place that's nice to come back to!

Prefer a non-drinker/ or someone who just wants the odd glass of wine at home.

Other perks include a really nice, responsive Landlady who's quick to sort any repairs. And a visiting cat who drops in most days.

The room comes unfurnished, so you'll need your own bed etc. The rest of the flat (sitting room & kitchen etc) is furnished.

Really well connected to lots of bus routes from the end of the street (direct to Hackney & Central London), overground (Walthamstow St James Street is a 15 min walk) and underground (Blackhorse Road, Victoria Line, is an 8 min bus ride away and Leyton, Central Line, is a 12 min bus ride away)... plus speedy cycle lanes from the top of the road.
