Room In Walthamstow Village Houseshare

Hi everyone, our lovely housemate is sadly moving out and so we are looking for someone to sublet a room in a detached four-bed house in Walthamstow Village from 15th October until we renew our lease next year.

It is a cosy fully-furnished single room with a frosted glass window that fits a double bed, desk and wardrobe.

You will be sharing with 3 other housemates, 2 male and 1 female, who work in fashion, tech, and music - all working full-time. Two of us work from home.
Bills are not included and work out to £75 per month.

We are friendly and thoughtful housemates who sometimes make music in the house but are considerate when it comes to noise levels and value keeping the space tidy and clean.

There is a spacious communal living room to hang out in, a garden, shared bathroom/toilet plus a utility room for washing etc.

We enjoy a friendly chat and the occasional pub quiz at the local pub, The Nags Head, but also know that everyone has their own lives and needs for downtime.

The house is situated a 10 minute walk from Walthamstow Central station, which has an overground and underground (20 minutes to Liverpool Street) and Victoria line (15 minutes to Kings Cross) as well as loads of bus links.

There is also Hollow Ponds which is a fragment of Epping Forest for a bit of nature.

Around the corner is Orford Road which is a lovely pedestrianised street (Walthamstow Village) with some boujie local shops like Gail’s opening soon, and some convenience shops for basic groceries, as well as a big Tesco in Leyton (15 mins walk) plus (Lidl, Sainsburys, Asda) 15 mins walk away in Walthamstow Central.

We are an easy bunch that enjoy music, pottery, relaxing, the outdoors, fashion, gigs etc and aren't really a party house.
