Light cosy room in E17 - short term 3M

Hi there! I am renting my room as I’ll be mostly away from my home office this winter. Advertised as single only due to furniture set-up). I would ideally like someone to rent my space for the entire period however life is busy and I can consider reasonable adjustment in case you have specific needs due to personal circumstances. Do let me know if you are willing to rent for 3 months when you reply to this ad and do share something about yourself too (what inspires you and what gets you going)! The house: you will be sharing one bathroom with the other flatmates but it never gets crowded. The house-share is friendly, however everyone is very busy with life but also chatty when meeting in the kitchen- diner area. We have a cleaner that is included in the price too! Also there is a garden area where you can store a bike in case you have one. Please note that the bed is currently a foldable double futon but I can arrange for a bed or if you prefer the current set-up that is an option too. Ideally looking for someone that is super independent and leads a bust life - we do allow guests however notice is to be given in advance as it is mainly a quiet household. Location is great as you can reach both the Overground and Victoria lines about 8 min walking. Note that the room is facing the main road and you need to be comfortable with that!
