Double bedroom in Walthamstow

We are a 32 year old couple Tash and Frank looking to rent out the spare room in our home.

Frank works as an electrician onsite everyday and Tash works as an event manager, working from home 2-3 days a week. The room we have is a good sized double bedroom furnished with a comfortable double bed and chest of drawers for storage and clothes rail. Our home includes an open plan spacious and light living room, dining space and kitchen, shared modern bathroom and large south facing garden that can be enjoyed all year round.

Rent is £850 including bills and cleaner once every two weeks. We are in half of weekday evenings and would like to find someone who is a clean, tidy and considerate professional to share our space with us and we’re also up for a wine and dinner every now and then! We enjoy cooking, watching films, exploring the local restaurants and pubs as well as going on long walks in Epping Forest at the weekend.

We live very close to supermarkets and pubs, and under 5 min walk to Lloyd Park and the William Morris Gallery. There are great connections via bus to Walthamstow Central & Blackhorse Road where you can get the Victoria Line across London and also only a 20 min drive to Epping Forest.
