Large double bedroom available in the lovely Walthamstow Village (just a 5-minute walk from the Victoria Line) from mid September 2025. The weekly cost is for rent + bills (council tax included).

An initial minimum stay of one month as a start. Then it could potentially be extended beyond if required. The moving date to be discussed and agreed.

Huge flat (100 sqm) to share with only one lovely, quiet and considerate professional. Looking for a similarly respectful flatmate to enjoy quietly and happily our lovely flat as we do really care about our home.

Large welcoming entrance and bike storage, big kitchen, huge living + dining room and cosy bathroom with new appliances and the best amenities nearby. The room is fully set up for remote work too.

The flat is in the Walthamstow Village with lots of independent shops and great garden pubs. The local shopping centre and the longest high-street in Europe are also available at 5 mins walking distance. Plenty of green areas too with the Wetlands, Lloyd Park and the Epping Forest at walking distance.

LGBTQ+ friendly household. No couples, no pets sorry.
