A Double room is available in a recently refurbished large house which is located on a quiet residential street just off wood street. Wood Street station is a 5 minute walk, Walthamstow underground station is a 10-15 minute walk and many bus routes service the area.

In addition to all the amenities on Wood Street, Walthamstow Village is a 5 minute walk away which has lots of quant restaurants and bars.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. The downstairs has lots of living space with large sofa and sitting room, a dining room and a large separate kitchen. There is a large back yard.

The house is a 3 bedroom and you’ll be sharing with 2 others;
(Aery - 25, marketing exec)
(Sam - 24, working in TV)
What we look for in a housemate is;
someone friendly, tidy, easy going.
Sam is into films, TV, games.
And I (Aery) am into reading, films, art, journaling and the occasional switch game.
We sometimes watch TV shows and films together or go to events or host games nights etc, so you would be welcome to join us. And we are LGBTQIA+ friendly household 🏳️‍🌈
Ps. we also have a hamster called Teddy who resides in the living room🐹

The room is immediately available and is not available to couples, sorry.

Rent is £775 per month which includes some bills; Council Tax, Water & Wifi.
The deposit is one months rent and the room is immediately available.
