Double room in Walthamstow

We are looking for someone to join our tenancy as our flatmate is moving out in the new year. (Move in January).

The cute double room is unfurnished, and can fit a double bed, wardrobe and side board/bookshelf comfortably (see photos).
The rest of the house is full of our weird furniture, so none required, but we can definitely make room if you come with some baggage x

We have a cute terraced house with a nice kitchen, separate front and dining rooms, and a garden.

I (Vita) work full time at a design school in SW, and Ted (housemate) is an Actor and works in West London.

We also have two lovely cats Casper and Sumac ! 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

We like to share food & cooking responsibilities a few nights a week, and try to eat together whenever we’re both home.
Vita is training as a vegan nutritional chef so expect lots of weird and wonderful food. (Ted is not vegan or veggie so don’t worry if you’re not).
The sort of things we like to go to: cinema, food out, drinks out, forest walks, techno, dub, jazz and live gigs.
