Lovely double bedroom available in a sunny, comfy and cosy 2-bed first floor flat in Walthamstow (10 min walk from Victoria line - 15 mins Kings X, 23 mins Ox Circus).

There is a sunny living room, with comfortable sofa, TV and big table; small kitchen with cooker, fridge, and washing machine, and a spacious bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a small garden.

The room is a comfortable double, furnished with double bed (new mattress), chest of drawers and clothes rail. There is also additional storage.

You’d be sharing with myself. I work in media production, pretty relaxed, I’m into all the usual things, love to read, films, gigs, art, yoga, etc.

The flat would suit a professional, friendly, considerate, open person. (It’s not really a party house). I like to keep the house clean and tidy, so it's important that you can take the initiative to do the same.

The flat is not suitable for smokers.

I am looking for someone from beginning of May, however the room is available pretty much immediately if needed.

It takes 15 mins Kings Cross St Pancras, 23 mins to Oxford Circus and 15 mins to Liverpool Street (on the overground). Blackhorse Road is also a very short bus ride away and a 20 minute walk away.
