Hi there! I've got a spare room going in my lovely two-bed flat.

Based just 30 seconds from St James Street overground station, and 10 mins walk from Victoria Line stations, this flat has excellent links to the city and central London.

Huge open plan living room and kitchen, with a dishwasher, and a large balcony perfect for summer evenings or breakfast.

The room is a large double with great light and plenty of storage. You don't quite have an en suite bathroom, but a large bathroom is directly opposite your room, equiped with an excellent shower.

Walthamstow is great. Plenty of cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants all nearby, and plenty of shops with everything you'd need (there's even a Waterstones nearby!)

Great community in the block. Everyone is lovely and willing to help if you need anything.

Me: 39, originally from Birmingham. Working in museums. This is my home and I'm looking for someone who wants it to be theirs too. I'm very chill, quiet, friendly, always open to going for a pint or cooking and watching a movie, or just chatting nonsense after a long day. Incredibly normal, really.

Room is available from the 18th December but there is flexibility on the date.
