I recently bought a flat in Walthamstow and I'm looking for a flatmate to live with. The place is currently being renovated and should be ready to move into by 1st June.
It's a 3 bedroom on the top floor of a 3 storey building with a communal garden. There will only be 2 occupants, including myself, as the 3rd bedroom will be my office / guest bedroom.
I'm 39 years old, from California originally, have lived in London for over 13 years, and have worked in various data/insight & consulting roles.
Ideally, would like to live with someone who is sociable, tidy, and considerate. I'm also vegan and prefer living with a vegan/vegetarian.
