My girlfriend and I just bought our first home in Walthamstow. It’s a 3 bed with a loft conversion, street parking and garden. I’m a musician working in marketing, my girlfriend is a trainee lawyer, and we have an 10 month old very chilled cocker spaniel puppy. We’re looking to have a flat mate from June 2024 and would like someone who is neat and tidy, loves dogs, is okay with me making music in the loft room, is sociable and generally kind and friendly.

We have just finished renovating the flat and it’s now ready for an additional housemate .

The available room has been painted white with floor length curtains and has a small double bed. The bike will be removed and we will have a wardrobe built before you move in, as well as shelving. We are happy for you to hang things on the walls and make the room your own. The flat is big so there are plenty of places to relax and have friends round. Look forward to hearing from you.
