Looking for a lovely flatmate to move into a 2-bed flat in Walthamstow. The flat is a 10 minute walk from Walthamstow Central station (underground and overground links), close to Leyton Flats, Hackney Marshes and Walthamstow Wetlands.

The room: Double bed with a triple wardrobe, and space for underbed storage. This room has great storage and great privacy given its on the other side of the flat from the living room, and on a separate floor to the second bedroom. The room comes fully furnished (see pictures), only item that will be removed is the desk.

The kitchen: super tidy kitchen with good storage, 4 gas hobs, kettle, oven and an in-built fridge and freezer with loads of space for 2 people!

Bathroom: bath/shower and plenty of storage again!

There is currently 1 housemate, female, 31 and is mostly WFH. We currently have a nice chilled, home environment which is super friendly. We are looking for a housemate who is a similar age, happy to watch tv and chill together, but also to keep to themselves if wanted! Looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, who is respectful and will also keep the flat clean & tidy, relaxed and good energy to be around! Preference for someone who is hybrid with mostly office-based work.

I own the flat but I do not currently live in it - you will be doing viewings with your potential housemate!

Total rent and bills - £780 + £169 bills which includes wifi, water, council tax, gas & electricity.

Deposit = 1 month's rent.
Term: Ideally someone longer term - minimum 6 months but preference for someone looking for 12 months +
