Double room near Lloyd park. £700pcm. Bills come to around £130pcm. Council tax is band C.
Room is furnished and includes 2 wardrobes, bed, bedside table, chest of drawers.

Unfortunately, our current housemate needs to move out meaning we are looking for a replacement to share the house with my partner and I.

It is a 3 bed house, but small bedroom is used as an office. There's a living room, kitchen/ dining room, one bathroom and a garden.

We both work in mental health/ homelessness and work hybrid - we don't mind if you work from home or not.

Happy to have a drink/ dinner/ watch TV together now and then but don't want force you to hang out with us if you don't want to!

We are on the tenancy agreement, and have permission to sub let the room from the landlord. This means that technically you would be a lodger and us the proxy landlords.

Our landlord is really on it with any issues that come up and willing to let us decorate etc.

We have two friendly cats. Open to considering another animal but case by case - just send us a message

Benefits accepted but note this is above the shared accommodation rate for Waltham Forest.

Move in any day between 30 April - 10 May. (Could be later if you wanted but rent payable).
