Huge Ensuite Room in Walthamstow

Hi there!

I am very sadly leaving my huge ensuite room in Walthamstow. It has a triple built in wardrobes and the ensuite has a bath.

The rest of the flat is spacious with open plan kitchen and living, floor to window ceilings and a balcony.

The flat is in a new building with concierge 8am - 8pm. Walthamstow Central is a 12 minute walk and St James overground is 4 min. There’s also every grocery store imaginable within walking distance and a gym across the road.

The boys you’ll be living with are super chill, we have had a mix of keeping to ourselves and pub outings/ Sunday TV nights. They’re very easy to live with.

Rent is £985 per month
Bills are round £97
Deposit is £721

The room comes unfurnished but I will be selling my bed and some bits of furniture.

I am moving due to work so the room is available ASAP.
