Room available in a 3 bed house a 3 minute walk from Walthamstow station (Victoria line & Overground). £721 per month and bills are an additional ~£150/m, available from the end of June. Contract goes up to end of March 2025. Council tax band D.

Our lovely housemate is sadly moving away so we are looking for an equally lovely new housemate. Pictured is the bedroom, our living room, our communal office and the kitchen/diner - we also have a pretty fat garden with a table, chairs and BBQ. The rooms are semi furnished, and this room has a bed, shelves, duvet/pillows and wardrobe.

Justine - I'm 26 and work in events (wfh 2 days a week). I love pub, yoga, cooking, Peep Show, hip hop, anime and terrible TV. I'm looking for friendly folk aged 24-30 who want to have some chill nights in, occasionally cook together, go to the pub or a night out, be down for the occasional bit of silliness, and have the odd BBQ.
