- Alcove in which to hang clothes, with plenty of room for storage of your own.

- The top floor is all yours!

- 4-bed house with large open plan living and dining space.
- Large shared kitchen and decked back garden.
- The house is really central to everything going in Walthamstow and well connected to the wider city.
- Gozney pizza oven, lovely neighbours and great local pub!

🗺 The Area:

- 5-10 minute walk to each of Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line), St James Street (Overground) and Walthamstow Queen’s Road (Overground).
- Walk to Walthamstow Wetlands, Hackney Marshes, Lloyd Park and more.

Hello!

The en-suite bedroom is bright and really spacious, with brand new wood flooring. It’s situated on the top floor in a large, converted loft space, which you'd have all to yourself. It’s the quietest part of the house with a skylight and large, double-glazed windows facing the back of the house. There is plenty of room for furniture of your own (think desk space, couch) and we can also help put anything you'd like on the walls.

We are looking for someone that is happy living with (and sometimes looking after) our cat, Pecorino. She’s an affectionate and relaxed queen who is very social and loves people.

We’re both social and active with a close knit group of friends. We’re out and about a fair bit, but we love our home and have a pretty quiet and chilled existence here. We have friends and family stay from time to time too.

Food is a big part of our household (and work) and we often use the kitchen for recipe testing and baking. Hence you’d need to be fine with random pickles and concoctions in the fridge. The kitchen has loads of space and we’d love someone who also loves cooking.

We're looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful and expects that to be reciprocated. You'll have your own things going on, but you're also happy to join in with our plans.

We're flexible on moving date but looking likely anything from January onwards.
