You’ll be sharing this 2-bedroom flat, a 7 min walk from Walthamstow Central and 2 minute walk from Epping Forest - get your nature fix with quick access to the city.

The flat includes a shared spacious kitchen, living room, bathroom and a communal garden. The flat is ~ 66 square metres, your room 10 square metres. The building is a quiet oasis surrounded by trees, and morning light starts in your bedroom.

You’ll be living with me (femme, mid 30s). Not a party household, but nonetheless can enjoy good music and a few drinks. Cleanliness, communication, calmness and consideration is an absolute must. No exception. This home is pro migrant rights, LGBTQ+ rights and Palestinian rights.

I work in migration policy and split the week between the office and home. Ideally looking for someone with a similar work rhythm but can WFH together too. I'm a clean, chill housemate that likes kickboxing, yoga, and truly terrible TV (I won’t expose you to the latter, I promise).

Rooms come furnished with bed and wardrobe. No couples please.

Start date: late July/early August
Cost: £750 plus bills, £900 all in per month.
