About the room and flat

Two-bed ground floor flat with all the standard amenities, plus a beautiful garden that's almost the same size as the flat, which will be a great place to hang out in the summer. The flat was originally rented unfurnished, but the bedroom did come with 2 wardrobes. The sitting room is furnished, but there is space for some extra bits.

The room is officially available from 4th August, but you may be able to move in from around 25th July. It is a 6 month contract with possibility for extension.

We're a 15 min walk from Walthamstow Central, where there's loads of shopping and restaurants, as well as excellent transport links through the Victoria line and Overground to Hackney and Liverpool St

The flat is a stone's throw from the beautiful Lloyd Park in Walthamstow, and a 5 min walk from the famous Trades Hall. .

About the current flatmate

I'm Gabi, 31 year old secondary geography teacher from Brazil/the US. I'm unfortunately an early riser due to my job, so I tend to enjoy a quiet evening at home watching tv, having a glass of wine or playing video games. On the weekends I enjoy going out to the cinema, restaurants, or to the park when the weather allows it.

I’m pretty easy going and respectful of people’s spaces. I’m fairly clean and tidy though I’m no clean freak, and I tend to keep to myself but enjoy being able to catch up and have a drink with a flatmate occasionally too.

I’m ideally looking for a flatmate who’s similarly respectful and tidy, and preferably whose work/sleep schedule doesn’t contrast wildly from my own.
