Rent for SINGLE person is £1200 per calendar month. Utility bills (Gas | Electric | Water) are paid by the landlord and contribution from tenant is £200 per month (Total £1400 per month). Council tax is paid by the tenant - property is Band-A and tenant will benefit from 25% single person discount.

Rent for COUPLES is £1250 per calendar month. Utility bills (Gas | Electric | Water) are paid by the landlord and contribution from tenant is £250 per month (Total £1500 per month). Council tax is paid by tenants. Property is Band-A.

The property is fully furnished though I do not provide mattress.

Wifi (wired and wireless) is provided on a complimentary basis, and service comes from VirginMedia business broadband.

The building benefits from Gas central heating, in the winter the house is kept warm at all times. There is CCTV all around and access to a well presented garden. The building in general is well maintained, any issues are addressed immediately by contacting the landlord (me) directly.

I have four of these flats in total and they rarely become available.

Blackhorse road tube station is 10min walk, and bus stops are in very close proximity if needed. Walthamstow Central tube station is 15min walk (or less), and of course there is the famous Walthamstow high street market for absolutely anything you need.

Local amenities shops, banks etc are also in very close proximity.

We would like to hear from sound individuals with a balanced temperament and mature disposition. Universal Credit applicants are welcome. The building consists of six flats in total, where some tenants have been there for between 5-10yrs.

This is a quiet flat (and building), where residents are working normal hours (not shifts) and we are seeking to keep this format, so shift working finishing work late shall not be considered.
