Double room in Walthamstow

I’ve been living in my flat for a number of years & looking for a friendly new addition to the house

Double room in ‘Warner’ flat, shared bathroom, kitchen & living room. Also has a shared garden, perfect if the sun ever comes out again. Located Lloyd Park area - buses top of road to station often or 20 min walk.

I’m just about to start Uni full time studying Psychotherapy after finishing in work / career change so have no idea how my schedule will be over the next few months as be looking for a part time job however my flat is my place of sanctuary- so being a chilled place to relax & rest is key. Happy to cook / listen to music / watch tv with housemate but not looking for super social hangs.

Ideally looking for queer or at least queer friendly to share with. I’m vege but don’t mind meat in the house - just not steak every night please! Currently off booze. Into fitness. A great mental health healer for me! I love London for its cultural scene, love a gallery / theatre / film trip - pro Palestine / pro environmental policies / trans rights are human rights
