Set back from Hoe Street, less than 10 mins from Walthamstow Central (Victoria line + 2 overground lines) and on multiple bus routes.

Easy access to the High Street, Village, Wetlands, as well as Clapton/Hackney/Leyton.

£850 inc bills. Would be up for getting a cleaner if flatmate is also keen.

About me:
I'm 28, work in Westminster, and work from the office 2/3 days a week. Enjoy watching sports/theatre, cooking, the pub and play the guitar (but will not do this at 6am dw).

The process:
Send me a bit about yourself - hobbies/interests etc. I'm looking for someone who is sociable, tidy and considerate.
Then can organise a time to come and view the flat, I'm flexible on move in date. Can be as late as September.
