Having rented our spare room out on Airbnb in the past, we have now had a regular lodger for the last year and have enjoyed the opportunity to be housemates with someone who is friendly, respectful and tidy.
The room will become available from December, it's a bright clean double bedroom with a very comfortable bed that can be quickly folded into cupboard to create a larger floor space if needed.

The house is shared with myself and my 20-year-old daughter, and two cats.
I am usually busy with my master's degree or working, in my spare time I enjoy going to gigs and swimming. I'm quite a private person but can be sociable also.
The house has a relaxed vibe, and people are made to feel welcome.
The bathroom is shared with my daughter and there is a downstairs WC also.
The house is in the very peaceful Coppermill Lane area, very near to Walthamstow Wetlands and the River Lee, it's an excellent area for nature lovers and cyclists. We are also only a 10 minute walk from Walthamstow High Street and the many shops and cafes.
We're a 10-15 minute walk to Blackhorse road underground (Victoria line) or St James Street station (Overground to Liverpool Street).
We have a sunny southwest facing patio garden, fully equipped kitchen and living room that you're welcome to use. We completed some renovations a few years ago and the house is finished to a high standard.
Smoking is permitted in the garden only.
Bills are included, this covers: utilities, Wi-Fi, window cleaning and council tax. We have a cleaning rota.

2-6 months £900 per month
1 month £1000
