HOME: Spacious detached house in Walthamstow living with three other lgbtqts: Alice (26, she/her), Nell (27, she/they) and Nik (28, they/them). We’re newly moving in so the photos are from past tenants (hence the nursery) so we’ll be refurnishing and making it proper homely n lovely! The room is also unfurnished although bed frame can be kept if required. Split-level house with a garden, garage, living room, two bathrooms, one kitchen and one kitchenette, dining room, two smaller bedrooms (one up for grabs) and two larger bedrooms. Super close to the Feel Good leisure centre and Lloyd Park, approx. 12 min walk from Wood Street station, and 25-min walk to Walthamstow Station and Victoria Line (the best). V cute area with lots of green spaces n lovely pubs n cultural things n food spots!!
US: We’re three friends moving in together to build a beautiful long-term home! We’ve all been in London for years and met in recent years through dykey circles (classique). Nell is from Brighton and works in theatre, Alice is from Glasgow and works in government policy and I’m from Nottingham and work in copywriting/editing. Looking forward to nights out altogether and a fun housewarming party no doubt, but also nights in watching films n cooking dinners n cuddle puddles n going on walks n bike rides n generally making a sweet lil nest to come home to. Looking for an easygoing housemate who appreciates a good balance of fun/feral and wholesome, open communication and is looking for a home to settle in for a good while!
