I'm sadly moving as I've found a house with my friend, so this room is becoming available. It's a double room 3-bed flat. It's just off of Wood Street, with a 5 - 10 minute walk to Wood St overground station and 10 - 15 minutes to Walthamstow Central. The flat is also just round the corner from Walthamstow Village.

The room is £700 a month and this includes council tax, internet and a cleaner who comes once every 2 weeks. So the only bills are gas and electricity, which usually come to around £20-30 per person per month (total cost for the room ~£730 a month).

You would be living with Abbey and Tom. Tom is usually WFH 3 days a week and Abbey is fully WFH but has a desk set up in her room.

The flat, unfortunately, doesn't have a living room, but there's lots of pubs, gyms, parks and leisure centres nearby to socialise.

Bedframe, mattress, full length mirror and desk come with the room. There's also loads of built in storage and you can fit stuff under the bed.
