A lovely new build 2 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms. I own the flat and live here and am looking for someone to take the second room.

This is a 3 month let, with a possibility to be extended (confirmation by end of Sept.) Dates of let, 31 Aug - 30 Nov. If extension is made, this will be long term.

The flat has two bathrooms, my room is en-suite so the second bathroom will be used by the tenant meaning you have you your own bathroom. The room is a double room (single bed, but open to you bringing a double.) In the room there is a desk, office chair, large wardrobe and a small dressing table.

The flat has a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, balcony and access to a roof terrace with 360 views over London. The development also has a cancierge on the ground floor which is perfect for deliveries and parcels. The flat has a large TV with Netflix and Disney plus subscriptions.

The £1110 a month includes all bills and Fast BT Broadband,

I am a civil servant and enjoy exercise and going out with friends to the theatre, gigs or sport. I don't drink but enjoy socialising. Not keen on the party coming back here but open to friends being over.

I am looking for a professional for is tidy, respectful, and who has friends around, but someone who also enjoys their own space. This is suitable for someone who goes to work or has a Hybrid contract, I am not looking for exclusive home workers.

The building has great transport links and is 2 minute walk to St James overground, 5 minutes to Walthamstow Queens Road Overground and 8 Minutes to Walthamstow Central Victoria Line.

The flat is near the Walthamstow high street with three supermarkets nearby, local food and eating places, gyms. the Wetlands and lots more to explore.
