Double room in flat w/garden - bills included :)

Hi! I'm looking for a friendly flatmate to share my lovely 2-bed space. The flat is a beautiful Warner property on the border of Walthamstow and Leyton, at Markhouse corner.

All bills (Council tax, water, gas, electricity, high speed internet, streaming services etc.) are included.

You'll have your own fully furnished double room (bed, desk, drawers and wardrobe). The bed can be a double or single, it has storage drawers underneath and I also have a loft for storage.

The living room is large and south facing, spacious and light, and there's a plant-filled garden with decking for outdoor seating and space for BBQs.

On street parking is available with a residents permit from Waltham Forest Council starting at £65/year.

The maximum term is currently 6 months, but there might be the potential to extend this.

The flat would suit someone looking for a chilled and cosy home. As well as me, you'll be sharing the space with my affectionate cat, so cat lovers are a must.

Walthamstow Central, Blackhorse Road and Leyton underground stations are a short bus ride away, and Lea Bridge Road and St James Street are a shorter walk away.

There are segregated bike routes into Hackney and out towards Wanstead, so it’s great for cycling links. Hackney Marshes are minutes away - there’s an ice rink, riding centre, nature reserve and a beautiful green space to explore.

Local bus routes include the 158, 58, 55 and 56.

A little about me:

I'm a copywriter/librarian who loves books and music - I play the flute. I enjoy going to gigs, meeting up with friends and relaxing on the sofa with a film in the evening. I also enjoy gardening and have an allotment.
