Double rm avail in stunning Walthamstow Village

HiI'm looking for someone to share my two bed flat in beautiful Walthamstow Village. I moved into the flat in February and have made it really homely and its minutes from the village pubs, restaurants, bars and parks. I have two children who are 4 and 7, sociable and impeccably behaved (the majority of the time)!! who stay with me 50% of the week and I currently foster 2 cats hopefully to find their adopted homes very soon, things which I appreciate won't work for everyone. The children have grown to just sleeping with me, so the second bedroom is unoccupied and I would love some company. I'm very sociable, I know a lot of people in the area and would be happy to show you the sites and I'm equally happy with a netflix programme and cooking a nice meal with a glass of wine. I have an events company and I also rent out two properties locally. I would love to hear from anyone who might like to come and meet us. Thanks for readingRach x
